Al-Raheem Gardens is a multi-phase private housing scheme brand run by Al Raheem Developers (Al Raheem Group). Its current Lahore project, Phase 5, is off Main GT Road at the Quaid-e-Azam Interchange in the Lahore Cantt area, beside the Lahore Ring Road. The developer says it has been active for about ten years and that Phases 1 to 5 have been launched; it dates the Phase 2 launch (in Narowal, not Lahore) to 2008.

Phase 5 holds the developer's newer blocks, including Royal Enclave and Lake Mount, with residential and commercial plots. The developer lists a grand mosque, school, apartments and a wide road network. The developer's own site gives no plot sizes, acreage or approval details, and part of Phase 4 appears on an LDA illegal-schemes list.

  • LDA lists 'Al Rahim Garden Phase IV Sector C (Metro City), G.T Road' as an illegal scheme (Daily Pakistan, 3 Aug 2024). Check every phase with LDA before buying.
  • The developer's site makes no approval or NOC claim and gives conflicting launch dates; phase launch years are approximate.
  • Phase 2 is in Narowal, not Lahore. Locations of Phases 1, 3 and 4 were not confirmed from an official source.
