About CBD Walk
CBD Walk is a retail and dining strip that CBD Punjab (PCBDDA) is building in the CBD Quaid District, beside a two-acre lake in Gulberg, Lahore. CBD Punjab launched it in July 2025 and allotted the units by digital balloting the same month.
It has 16 commercial units of 4 marla each. Eight face the lake and eight face the park. The units are built as shell and core, so each owner fits out their own interior. It suits restaurants, cafes and retail brands. Construction was under way in December 2025, and CBD Punjab said in March 2026 that it would hand over within the agreed time.
