About NFC Housing Society

NFC Housing Society is a cooperative housing scheme in Lahore set up by employees of the National Fertilizer Corporation of Pakistan and run by the NFC Employees Cooperative Housing Society (NFC-ECHS). It has two separate parts: Phase I in south Lahore near WAPDA Town, Valencia and Tariq Gardens, and Phase II on the canal bank near Maraka, adjoining Bahria Town. Both phases appear as LDA approved (2007) in a published copy of the LDA list.

Phase I is an established, fully occupied neighbourhood of four blocks (A–D) with plots from 10 marla to 4 kanal, two Jamia mosques, a central park and a market. Phase II was balloted in December 2005 and is still filling up: the society announced possession for Blocks A, B, C, D, E, G and H in 2022 and for cleared plots in F Block in 2024, while underground electrification work was announced in 2024.

  • Phase II has blocks still without possession; an agency report says F, K, L and M face litigation and that gas and central water are not yet available. Check the block's possession status with the society office (weak source).
  • Approval dates come from a published copy of the LDA list, not lda.gop.pk itself; confirm with LDA.
