3D Exterior Modeling
Behind every elevation render is a 3D exterior model of the house. The designer builds the full volume of the building in 3D software from your floor plans: walls, slabs, stair tower, parapets, porch, balconies and the boundary wall. Because the model is built to real dimensions, what you see is what can be constructed.
A proper exterior model lets you look at the house from different angles, not just straight on. This matters for corner plots, houses with side setbacks, and buildings where the stair tower or water tank is visible from the road. It also helps the designer check how sun and shadow fall on the front at different times of day.
- Front, side and aerial views from one accurate model
- Sun and shadow studies for shades and window placement
- Clear view of roof elements like tanks, solar panels and stair towers
- A base model that can later be reused for interior or landscape views
Designing an elevation that suits Lahore weather
A front that looks sharp on screen can fade, streak or leak within a few years if weather is ignored. Deep window shades and projections cut summer glare. Drip edges and grooves under slabs stop monsoon water from staining walls. Stone, tile or textured finishes need proper fixing details so they do not loosen in heat.
If you plan rooftop solar panels or a water tank, the designer should place and screen them so they do not spoil the front view. Lighting points for the facade and porch should be fixed now, so wiring is done before plaster.
Service page, not an ideas gallery
Elevation idea galleries are useful for inspiration. This service is the next step: a designer takes the ideas you like and adapts them to your plot width, floor heights, approved setbacks and budget. Bring screenshots of styles you like to the first meeting, but expect the final design to be your own.
