Icon Valley is a private housing scheme on Raiwind Road, Lahore, built by the developer of the same name. The developer says it started in 2009, launched Phase 1 in 2012 and began Phase 2 construction in 2019.

It mixes small and mid-size plots (3 marla to 1 kanal) with townhouses, apartment blocks and commercial plazas. Phase 1 is described as developed, while Phase 2 is still selling; the developer says over 1,000 families lived in its communities by 2026.

The developer's contact page lists phone numbers that look like placeholders (e.g. +92 300 123 4567), so they are left out; confirm contact details in person.
The developer says 'approvals and NOCs are complete' for Phase 1 but gives no LDA number or date; approval dates here come from agency copies of the LDA list.
