About Lahore Prime (CBD Punjab)
Lahore Prime is CBD Punjab's first set of commercial sites: five mixed-use plots next to Kalma Chowk, at the meeting of Ferozepur Road and Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore. CBD Punjab (the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority, PCBDDA), a government authority, sold them at an open auction on 7 September 2021.
The plots were sold on a buy-to-build basis for high-rise towers, mixed-use complexes, banks, hotels and business centres. CBD Punjab says 11 bidders took part and the auction raised PKR 21.59 billion. This is land for developers and institutions to build on, not a ready building with shops for sale. Any units that come later will be sold by the buyers of each plot.
