What each part of the plan means
- Booking / down payment: paid when you reserve; ask whether it is refundable and on what terms.

About LDA City
LDA City is the Lahore Development Authority's own large housing scheme off Ferozepur Road, between Defence Road and Ring Road, in Nishtar Tehsil. It was planned around 2015 on about 61,000 kanals across seven mauzas, described then as Pakistan's largest housing project.
