About Valencia Town
Valencia Town is a planned housing estate off Defence Road in south Lahore (UC Haloke, Nishtar Town), near NFC Housing Society and WAPDA Town. It was developed by the Pakistan Expatriates Co-operative Housing Society (PECHS), planned in the 1990s, and filled up during Lahore's property boom of the 2000s.
It is a mature, largely built-up suburb of detached family homes, with blocks that each have their own green space, playground and commercial area. It covers roughly 1,000 to 1,250 acres in about 19 blocks, and runs its own water supply, filtration and security.
