Houseplot Price Estimate (Property Valuation)

Get an indicative price range for a plot or house in a Lahore society by size, from Houseplot's validated market data — then ask verified agents for a real quote.

Indicative range

How it works

What this estimate is — and isn't

The range is built from Houseplot's validated indicative averages for the society and size (the same data as our price index), shown as ±7% around the average. Where a society has several phases, the society average or the middle of the phase averages is used.

It is not a valuation. Plot position, block, development status, the condition of a house and the market on the day change the real price. For a real figure, press Get a real quote and verified agents serving that society will reply.

Reading the result

What the number means

The range is the typical asking price for similar properties in that society and size from Houseplot data. It is not a valuation; the exact plot, documents and condition decide the final price. For more detail use Get Estimate, which also handles phases, position and condition.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the estimate?

It shows the typical asking range for that society and size; individual properties can sit well outside it.

Why is my size missing?

We only show sizes where we have reliable data — 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal for most societies.

Can I use this for tax?

No. Taxes use the FBR and DC valuation tables, not market estimates.
