Building Materials Estimator: Bricks, Cement, Steel, Sand
Estimate bricks, cement bags, steel, sand and crush for a house from its covered area, with today's indicative rates and a total materials cost.
From covered area to a shopping list
Material needs scale with the covered area you build, not the plot. The default quantities per square foot are the rule-of-thumb figures published in a 2026 Pakistani construction cost guide (Toolsfluent (opens in a new tab)); a structural engineer's bill of quantities will differ with the design, number of storeys, slab thickness and wall type.
Rates are the latest we could confirm and are editable — replace them with your supplier's written quote. Labour, finishing, electrical, plumbing and approvals are not included; see construction cost in Lahore and the construction cost calculator.
Estimate only. Add 5–10% for wastage only if your engineer advises it, and buy against a written bill of quantities.
