What each part of the plan means
- Booking / down payment: paid when you reserve; ask whether it is refundable and on what terms.

About Johar Town
Johar Town is a large residential area and union council (UC 114) in Iqbal Tehsil, south-west Lahore, named after Maulana Mohammad Ali Jauhar. It is a Lahore Development Authority scheme: the LDA owns and auctions plots there and its headquarters is in Johar Town.
