Plot and house prices by society, what changed, rents and yields — with a free dataset.
By Junaid Tariq, Founder & EditorData month: October 2026
Key findings
We track 45 Lahore societies and areas; 221 price ranges were researched from current listings this month.
The median 10 marla plot asks about 20 lac per marla (midpoint), from Lahore Motorway City, New Lahore City, Al Jalil Garden at the affordable end to Garden Town, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Allama Iqbal Town at the top.
Across 161 comparable data points, the typical asking level is +3% (median) against our June–August 2026 averages — part of this reflects the switch from averages to researched ranges.
Rough gross rental yields for houses run from about 3.1% to 5.8% across the areas we track.
Plot prices: 10 marla by society
Price per marla is the fairest way to compare societies. The chart shows the typical asking range per marla for 10 marla plots in the 20 highest-priced societies we track; the table lists all of them.
Green bar = typical range (Lac per marla, 10 marla plots); light bar = up to the low end.
10 marla plot prices in Lahore by society — October 2026
Comparing the midpoint of each October range with our earlier June–August averages for the same society, phase, type and size. Treat this as a direction of travel, not a precise index: the earlier figures were averages and October's are researched ranges.
Our arithmetic: midpoint rent × 12 ÷ midpoint sale price. Before costs, vacancy and tax.
Method
Ranges are compiled from current public listings for each society and size: typical lower and upper asking prices, with the cheapest and dearest tenth dropped where listings allow. Where current listings were too few, the earlier average is shown as a ±7% band with its own month. Every figure is an asking price, not a completed sale.
