What to check in Phase 2
Buying in Phase 2 means checking the same essentials as anywhere in Etihad Town, plus the details that differ phase to phase: development status, possession, and how far the block is from the main gate and commercial areas. Two plots of the same size in different phases can differ in price by more than half, so compare within the phase first.
- Plot status: confirm whether it is a file, balloted, allocated or with possession — the price and risk differ for each.
- Dues: get a dues-clearance statement from the society before transfer.
- Position: corner, park-facing and main-boulevard plots carry premiums; check the site plan rather than the ad.
- Construction rules: ask the society for the bylaws for this phase before buying a plot to build on.
How to confirm a plot's exact location in Phase 2
- Get the plot number, block and phase from the allotment or transfer letter — not from an ad.
- Ask the society office for the official site plan of that block and check the plot's dimensions and neighbours.
- After possession, request demarcation by the society's survey staff and match the pillars on site.
- Use "Get live directions" to visit at different times of day — check access, traffic and drainage.
- Check the plot is not marked for a road, park or amenity in the latest master plan.
About Etihad Town
Etihad Town is a multi-phase private housing brand in south-west Lahore developed by the Etihad Group (chairman Chaudhary Munir). Phase I is on Main Raiwind Road close to the M-2 Motorway, Phase II is about 4 km off Ferozepur Road on Pine Avenue near the Lahore Ring Road, and Phase IV was launched in 2026 on Chenab Road, linked to Phases II and III.
